We are a humanitarian initiative dedicated to restoring hope and dignity through practical, sustainable interventions for indigent children, vulnerable families, and underserved communities. By investing in education, nutrition, healthcare, and community development, we are helping people build better futures for themselves and the generations that follow.
Every month, we work alongside communities to provide food assistance, educational support, healthcare services, and opportunities that empower people to rise above the limitations of poverty and live with dignity.
Why we exist
Across many communities, countless children remain out of school because their families cannot afford basic educational needs. Many households struggle to put food on the table, while elderly men and women live with treatable vision challenges simply because quality healthcare is beyond their reach.
The Zarephath Initiative exists to change that.
We believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, every family deserves the chance to thrive, and every individual deserves access to compassionate healthcare. Through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and the generosity of people who care, we are turning these convictions into practical action.

Our Projects
Giving Every Child the Gift of Education.
Education remains one of the most powerful ways to break the cycle of poverty.
Through our Back to School Project, we identify out-of-school and vulnerable children and connect them to the tuition-free schools of the InnerCity Mission, where they receive quality education in a safe, supportive environment.
Each sponsored child receives:
- Free Tution
- School Uniforms
- Textbooks and learning materials
- School bags and supplies
- Healthcare support
- Two nutritious meals every school day
- A safe and nurturing learning environment

For thousands of families living in underserved communities, this is everyday life.
Vision 10,000 is our healthcare initiative committed to providing free eye screenings, specialist consultations, prescription glasses, medical treatment, and sight-restoring surgeries for people who would otherwise go without care.
Working alongside healthcare professionals, volunteers, and generous partners, we are restoring vision and renewing hope for those who need it most.
Our goal is clear – To restore sight and improve the quality of life of at least 10,000 indigent families.
Every successful treatment creates a ripple effect. A grandmother sees her grandchildren again. A father regains his independence. An elderly woman returns to daily life with confidence. A family experiences hope where there was once despair.
